The newly born Fluffy Chicken fandom is overtaking dashboards in a flurry of tidal waves as news of the accomplishment of user thatsmoderatelyraven, otherwise known as Peyton, has succeeded in gaining 500,000 notes and will now be able to get a Silkie chicken, now dubbed the “fluffy chicken” and the “National Bird of Tumblr”. February 17, 2013 will now be known as Fluffy Chicken Day.

Those not in the Fluffy Chicken fandom should take care and barricade their blogs from the following waves of contagious fangirls and fanboys.
